this idea i got from book naomi susan(Be Negative!!!):"JADILAH PEMIMPIN YANG BERSEDIA MENGIKUTI, BUKAN PENGIKUT YANG MAU MEMIMPIN". those words made me knew if a person who believes in success, then they can try to do what that words was told.
anyone can be fail or success in their work cause a need to improve a good value than before. the leader can succeed if follow what rules in organization made, but the follower wanna be leader can made an organization not get profit more than the leader got.
